Dawn Davidson
I am a freelance illustrator specializing in children's books and YA fiction. Trained in classical technique, I am in high demand from authors seeking a more realistic style, which I enjoy pushing into whimsical and playful directions with a contemporary edge. Above all, I seek to authentically interpret an author's vision while bringing my own aesthetic, sense of humor, and passionate love of great storytelling to a project.
My portfolio comprises a selection of work both published and private from over the last five years. I am open to working with agencies or directly with authors and publishers. Please contact me for information on my terms and pricing.
